Description
Mentoring is most often defined as a professional relationship in which an experienced person (the mentor) assists another (the mentoree) in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s professional growth. This two-part webinar provides an introduction to the mentoring experience for both the both the mentor and mentoree and sets the stage for the mentoring process. The information will enhance your knowledge and skills of mentoring as you use a collaborative approach to achieving ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. The overall goal of this session is to improve the process of developing mentoring relationships between laboratories, and as well as holding mentoring discussions between and among laboratory staff.
