The 2016 Pacific Islands PCSI Conference brings together clinicians, community workers, laboratorians, public health officials, and partner agencies from the U.S.-affiliated Pacific Islands and across the Pacific to share their cross-cutting and disease-specific expertise in HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, TB, Hansen’s disease, and diabetes.
There is no registration fee for this conference but you must register. Please do so by clicking on "Register Now!" to the left.
- Plenary sessions will be held at the International Conference Centre on July 11, 12, 14 & 15.
- There will be Breakout Sessions all day on July 13 at the College of Marshall Islands.
Agenda and Travel Information
The plenary session titled, “Managing Patient Care on the Outer Islands”, may include an opportunity for conference attendees to conduct a field visit by boat to Arno Atoll where RMI Ministry of Health staff will demonstrate how public health outreach is conducted on this outer island.The travel time by boat from Majuro to Arno Atoll is 45 minutes one-way. Seating is limited and will be based on the order in which conference registrations are received.
