Description
This webinar demonstrates how the New York State Department of Agriculture and
Markets uses Excel spread sheets to plot quality control data and to estimate
uncertainty of measurement. In addition, this webinar demonstrates how trending
analysis is done using Excel spread sheets for Microbiology qualitative analyses.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, the participant will be able to:
  • Develop quality control charts in Excel and calculate standard deviation based
    on data
  • Use quality control data to estimate uncertainty of measurement
  • Develop Excel charts to track trending for microbiological qualitative analysis
